It all started during lockdown on a cool morning in June 2020 whilst on the steps in Margate, overlooking the harbour and out into the sea, whilst enjoying a latte and a doughnut!
During this time of uncertainty, as well as a time to reflect, I realised that during my career, and having experienced working in the corporate world, I was becoming acutely aware of the stresses, anxieties and pressures that comes with the territory. I had also experienced mental health challenges, and seen first-hand how businesses were either dealing with this, or not as is more often the case!
I found myself asking a question:
“What can I do to spread the message, to open up the conversation with organisations, and their people, share experiences, strategies and mechanisms to help and guide, support and empower them to nourish, thrive and expand.”
And thus, Questae Collective was born!
