Every woman’s journey is unique, and whilst some women can sail through it, many suffer unbearable symptoms that they just aren’t prepared for, or even knew were related to menopause, simply because the education hasn’t been there. It has remained a bit of a taboo subject, that women have simply been expected to deal with quietly.

During this 1-hour session, or series of sessions, we will look at what the menopause is, why it happens, and what can happen.

We will look at symptom awareness, and what the workplace can do to support women going through the menopause. We will also look at what women can do to support themselves, so they can better manage symptoms, feel more empowered and able to vocalise.
