Menopause in the Workplace

During this series of sessions, we will look at what the menopause is, why it happens, and what can happen.

We will look at symptom awareness, and what the workplace can do to support women going through the menopause.

We will also look at what women can do to support themselves, so they can better manage symptoms, feel more empowered and able to vocalise.

Men’s Health

During these sessions we will explore Men’s Mental Health, opening up and why it is so important that men should talk, Gender Stereotypes, Keeping Well, Sexual Health and what resources are available.

During this session we will look at how we can get these happy hormones flowing and working for us on a daily basis, how to manage and improve and build our personal mental resilience toolkits, and learn the simple tricks, tips, and life hacks to keep us happy, healthy, engaged, and productive whenever and wherever we may be.

Nutrition

The aim of these sessions is to give you tools, tips, and tricks on how to balance energy and beat the afternoon slump, plus simple, healthy, and nutritious meal, and snack ideas The end result being better physical, mental, and social health.

The Built Environment

During this session we will have an introduction to ergonomics from a holistic point of view. We will look at why configuring your workspace and the entire environment for optimal health, comfort and productivity levels is so important, not just physically, but also mentally.

Understanding and Managing Stress

In this session we will look at and consider several areas including, what is meant by stress, what is it, what does it do, and how we can proactively manage it.

We will also look at burnout, energy management and self-care during stressful times which will take us to breath work, mindfulness, and journaling.

Breathing

During this session we will have an introduction to the breath and the nervous system. We will also receive an introduction to integrative breathwork exercises, a journey to discovering wholeness, breathwork for energy, for calm, for sport and meditative breathwork.

Movement

During this session we will look at the benefits of exercise and movement both physically and mentally. We will share simple and easy movement, stretches and exercises that can be easily introduced to the working day, without the need for equipment, changing or having to shower afterwards. Simple, effective, and beneficial!

Team Spirit – What Colour are You?

This workshop is a fun and interactive allowing individuals to firstly find out their colour palette.  The traits and behaviours are then applied to an individual’s communication style and core personality showing both positive and limiting skill sets.  Working as a team they can then recognise their communication style to how they connect effectively with other team members.

Care Givers

Sharing tasks among siblings, family members and/or other caregivers is often a challenge, and the stresses of such can manifest in many ways. During this session we will deep dive into many subject matters such as self-care for yourself, setting boundaries, and many more.

One-to-One Coaching and Counselling

Coaching – Our wellbeing coaches will guide and support you in creating a series of successful habits that will improve your health and wellbeing.

Counselling – Our fully accredited counsellors will work with employees that need some extra support for their mental health.

Mental Health First Aid

From the national authority on mental health first aid, MHFA England is the only organisation that offers ongoing support as part of its mental health training.
